Mini Pumpkin Pancakes

½ Cup CERELAC Wheat & Honey
100g Pumpkin Puree
100ml Milk
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
Pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
Cooking oil for pan frying

Cooking Instruction
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and pumpkin purée together. Then, mix in the CERELAC Wheat & Honey, baking powder, cinnamon powder and milk gradually until all are combined.
- Heat up a non-stick pan and coat lightly with oil. Take a tablespoon of batter to the pan, place around the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. When bubbles start forming on the batter, flip and cook for further 2-3 minutes or till golden brown.
