5 tbsp Milk
60g Broccoli
120g Potato
20g Sweet potatoes
30g Carrot
30g Minced chicken or beef for meat version
Cooking oil for pan frying

Cooking Instruction
- Steam or boil all the vegetables till soft.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mash together to a rough texture. Divide the mixture into 25-30g balls and roll to be nugget patties.
- Pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
