Broccoli & Carrot Fish Fingers
Ingredients
2 tbsp CERELAC Brown Rice & Milk
125g Fish fillet, minced & deboned (fish of your choice)
25g Broccoli, steam and finely chopped
25g Carrot, steam and finely chopped

Cooking Instruction
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into small portion and shape into fish fingers around 2 inches in height and 1 inch in width.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180˚C for 20 minutes or grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve with some homemade tomato sauce.
