Banana & Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients

150g self raising flour
50g plain flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
10 tablespoons CERELAC Wheat, Banana & Prunes

125g brown sugar
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg, beaten
75ml water
75ml oil
75g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Cooking Instruction
- In mixing bowl, sieve ingredients A and stir in CERELAC Wheat, Banana & Prunes and set aside.
- In a jug, mix together the sugar, bananas, egg, water and oil, then pour into dry ingredients and gently mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped chocolate.
- Spoon mixture into muffin moulds to ¾ full, spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated 180˚C oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven and let it cool down and served in room temperature.
